The Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems are aimed at people with diabetes who need to monitor their sugar levels. Our Dexcom CGM system consists of a sensor, inserted under the skin to measure the level of glucose in the interstitial fluid (fluid in the tissue), eliminating the need for fingersticks. Our Dexcom CGM Systems have customisable alerts to warn users of dangerous glucose levels, even while they are asleep.

**Role Summary**:
The Dexcom Inside Sales Specialist will be based in Camberley, Surrey and we are in search of someone who is motivated by sales and hitting targets and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. As a first point of contact for customers new to Dexcom, and the voice of the organisation, the role is an important position that requires excellent communication and relationship building skills, an in depth knowledge of the UK healthcare system and a passion for making a difference to people’s lives.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Achieve monthly objectives for converting leads
- Contributing to the new patient and revenue targets
- Advising people with diabetes on how to access funding for CGM in their local area
- Liaising with field territory managers on sales opportunities the local regions
- Point of contact for inbound sales
- Manage a pipeline of leads for conversion to a second sale or new customer opportunity ensuring every lead is followed up
- Point of contact for the customer journey from time of enquiry, through to sale, delivery of product and after sales support and nurture
- Communicate clearly the product features and benefits with the aim of converting sample sales and leads into sales (Training will be provided)
- Be able to provide guidance and advice on a portfolio of product offerings and establish suitability
- Fulfilment of the order process from start to order shipment
- Utilise internal systems (Sales _f _orce Lighting) to organize daily activities and manage lead and opportunity pipelines to convert to sales
- Track sales and conversions daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly
- Grow and develop a collaborative communication with the Field Team
- Maintain follow up service levels with customers internal and external
- Support the team when another inside sales specialist is on annual leave/sick days, helping maintain pipeline and sales cycles turnaround time
- Independently troubleshoots and seeks solutions to problems related to orders and sales efforts.
