**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate a **Counterbalance Forklift Truck** safely and efficiently.
- **Receive, store, pick, and load** stock accurately and on time.
- **Sign for deliveries**, check quantities, and record any damages or discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse and yard **clean, organised, and compliant** with health and safety standards.
- Carry out **daily equipment checks** and ensure all FLTs and handling equipment are well maintained.
- Promote our Safety First culture, safety always comes first.
- Provide excellent service at customer **collection and returns points**.
- Support the wider team with **stocktaking, overtime, and general warehouse duties** as needed.

**What You’ll Bring**
- A **valid Counterbalance FLT licence** (essential).
- **Reach Truck licence** (desirable but not essential).
- Strong **accuracy, numeracy, and basic IT skills**.
- Good understanding of **Health & Safety** in a warehouse environment.
- Previous **warehouse or yard experience** preferred.
- A **flexible, positive, and can-do attitude**.
- Excellent **teamwork and communication skills**.
- A **customer-focused approach** and ability to work independently.

Pay: £14.63 per hour
