Factory Labourer

Operating throughout the UK and the ROI, Forge Leisure (UK) Ltd are an established and leading manufacturer of swimming pool cover systems. Supplied predominately to pools in the Commercial Sector, the Company is currently seeing huge interest from Swimming Pool operators keen to achieve Carbon & Energy Reduction from this proven technology. Due to this expansion we are looking to recruit a Factory Labourer.
- General labouring duties
- Cleaning work areas from debris
- Removing old stock and materials
- Sweeping factory floor
- Handling or transporting materials
- Assist welders, painters and other tradespeople
- Loading/unloading vehicles
- Ensuring factory floor and work areas are clean and free of hazards
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job - Some heavy lifting involved
- Maintaining safe work practices
- 39 hours per week
- Mon - Wed 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Thurs - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm
- 20 days annual leave (increasing to 25 days after 5 years continuous service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour

- ASHINGTON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
