An excellent opportunity has arisen at our group Head Office in Grangemouth for a Part time Administrative Assistant working within Catering Management team.

The Klondyke Group operates 22 Garden centres throughout Scotland, Northern England and Wales.

The role is 24 hours over 3 days and can be flexible on days worked.

Competitive salary is based on experience.

**The purpose of the role is to support the Catering Management team with administrative tasks as detailed below**:
Input all catering specification sheets into the catering management system

Liase with suppliers to ensure up to date pricing information is obtained

Input costs of raw materials the catering management system

Monitor profitability of menu items from within the catering management system and compile periodic reports

Maintain customer comment card database and provide monthly reports

Collate and place all catering crockery & small equipment orders

Update equipment & crockery spreadsheet and report on monthly spend

Print, laminate and collate information for menu launch packs

In addition to this there will be other administrative tasks which will be required to support the Catering Director and Regional Catering Management Team.
- Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude, enjoy working within a team and thrive on working within a fast paced environment
- Be a competent user of Microsoft Office
- Be able to prioritise and organise own work whilst working on a variety of tasks
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a high level or professionalism, self-motivation and organisation
- Be confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Possess great attention to detail

A knowledge of a catering / food & beverage business would be an advantage
