**The Opportunity**

Our client is a truly independent, well established and highly regarded Wealth Manager who are currently undergoing a period of growth. To facilitate this expansion they are looking to recruit a highly experienced private client services/IFA administrationspecialist to take responsibility for a small but growing team of client service administrators. This is a fundamentally important hire into the business and therefore offers a significant long term career opportunity. Our client will either consider an experiencedAdministration manager/supervisor or a senior IFA Administrator who is looking to take a step into people management.

**The Role**

As the Team leader in IFA Administration your duties will include (but not be limited to):
Ensuring that all client queries and paperwork are processed efficiently and that the appropriate systems and controls are implemented so that client records are kept accurate and up to date

Coordinating the Team’s workload, managing the processes and procedures of the team and ensuring adequate controls are in place to ensure accuracy

Providing support to Wealth Managers as required

Supporting the on-boarding of new clients, including some paraplanning of advice reports using the standard templates

Collating Client Due Diligence documentation for new clients

Where required, acting as a first point of contact for client and intermediary enquiries

Completing New Business Administration, Quotations and Service Level Documents

Ensuring that all records and information are maintained in a compliant manner and that records remain up to date

**About you**

As an experienced Team Lead/Senior IFA Administrator you will:

- Essentially possess at least 2 years relevant IFA administration/Client Services experience in Private Client Wealth Management.
- Experience of supervising/managing other team members (Highly advantageous)
- Committed to a long-term career in Wealth Management Administration/Adviser support
- Sound knowledge of Wealth Management, the Pensions Market and associated Products (SIPPs, ISAs, GIAs, Offshore Bonds)
- Ideally hold or studying towards relevant qualifications as part of ongoing personal development (i.e. CII)
- Possess ability to identify areas where processes or controls could be improved and implement these changes once approved
- Possess strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail - maintaining good client records
- Be required to be a strong team player with a commitment to deliver outstanding client service
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively develop relationships with clients, intermediaries and colleagues.
- Ability to own and resolve issues, and to work on own initiative
- Experienced In MSWord, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems.
- Be punctual with excellent/professional presentation and good telephone/communication skills.
