Skilled Butcher

About the role
An exciting role has become available working in our Paignton Branch as a Butcher, with an experienced team of Butchers who serve our local business customers.

We can be flexible around your hours of work - full time / part time / anytime. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm / Saturday 7.30am - 3pm / Sunday 9am - 3pm (weekend working is normally on a rota basis but this can be discussed at interview).

Ideally, you will have good product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, offer high standards of customer service and will feel confident to prepare orders to our customer's needs and have a good understanding of stock control process and procedures.

You will be responsible for
Responsible for supporting the Butchery sales and profit by working closely with the Butchery Manager and the department team, working with your customers, ensuring that we continue to provide the highest standards in customer service and that we comply to health & safety and legal standards at all times. You must be customer driven, organised and be an excellent communicator, with experience within the butchery trade.
