Hygiene Operatives

We are now looking for Night Hygiene Operatives to join our busy team at **Dorset Foods in Shaftesbury** to ensure that all machinery and production areas are cleaned to specification ensuring the highest standards.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To ensure the machinery is operating to health and safety standards.
- Ensure the machine is running and tested after completing the clean.
- Ensure that any work carried out is done according to the instructions and training given.
- To cover for other Operatives and show flexibility in the role.
- To have a positive approach to the role and show commitment to the performance of the department
- Highlight issues and continually strive to improve performance of machinery.
- To give technical advice on area of responsibility for trial work.
- To hold full accountability and responsibility for signing of any completed work.

**KEY DETAILS**
- 2 Shift Patterns available**:4 nights on/4 nights off, Hours - 8.00 pm to 6.00 am** or **Monday to Friday, Hours 10.00 pm to 6.00 am**:

- Break: Full time employees are entitled to 1 x40 minute break
- ** Weekly Shift Premium: £65.00 per week**

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**
- Previous Hygiene Operative experience would be great although not essential as full training, including Level 2 Food Safety, will be provided. All PPE will also be provided.
- Good English skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow appropriate instructions
- Reliability and able to work well within a team
- Excellent attendance
- Willingness to learn
