**What you’ll be doing**:

- Perform an effective needs analysis by contacting people in the last 6 months of their mobile phone contract with O2
- Successfully objection handle
- Deliver a top quality customer service
- Build rapport with customers
- Using market and product knowledge to up-sell the best possible mobile phone offers & services for each individual customer, working on an outbound service

**What we’re looking for**:

- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Sales driven.
- Competent in reading scripture.
- Basic maths ability.
- Above all - a warm and welcoming personality

**What you will work**:
Operational hours are..
- You will work on a 3-week set shift rotation between the hours of 10am-8pm Monday-Thursday, 9:30am-6pm Fridays. 1 in 3 Saturdays is also required between the hours of 9am-4pm.
- 40 hours per week
