**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Haircare Consultant, based in the London area, United Kingdom. The Haircare Consultant will play a crucial role in connecting professional expertise with client satisfaction, serving as the key point of contact for all product-related advice, education, and consultation. You will be responsible for offering tailored recommendations, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the latest haircare innovations and professional trends. This role requires both technical haircare knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to support clients and business partners effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert haircare consultations to professional clients, offering tailored advice and product recommendations.
- Assist customers and partners in identifying the most suitable products based on hair type, condition, and needs. Conduct in-person demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the use and benefits of key brands and treatments.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of current trends, formulations, and technologies within the professional haircare industry.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners to promote brand loyalty and trust.
- Gather market and client feedback to help inform purchasing and brand strategy decisions.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Hairdressing (Must have).
- Prior experience in salon work, professional beauty retail, or haircare distribution.
- Strong understanding of different hair types, product formulations, and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- A genuine passion for the haircare industry and keeping up with evolving trends.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.

Pay: £14.24-£24.28 per hour
