We are looking for a highly motivated professional with experience in delivery of change, process improvements, and associated management information within the financial services sector. Your role will involve co-ordinating business-oriented projects, productionof overarching reporting, and construction of project plans for both internal and external use.

**As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include**:

- acting as Project Manager for business-oriented projects, coordinating resources across the business as appropriate
- building required project plans for internal and external use in line with Pepper templates and procedures
- tracking progress on assigned projects and reporting out to sponsor / stakeholders as appropriate
- creating and maintaining meeting discussion and action points
- providing support to project SMEs as appropriate
- maintenance of policies and procedures as required in order to meet the requirements of legislation, obtaining relevant approvals, implement and rollout under direction from the Director of Change
- proactively and effectively managing the risks allocated to assigned projects
- monitoring project risks and maintain controls within agreed tolerance levels
- supporting senior management in business development activities with potential clients, as required
- interacting with other managers to provide project management expertise to deliver change

**Essential Skills**:

- Experience in consistent delivery of outstanding change and project management outcomes within a **financial services** context
- Robust understanding of relevant regulation and associated legislative policy and the impacts this has on the role, particularly relating to **loan and mortgage products**:

- Evidential leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written English skills
- Able to contribute positively through clear and effective communication and ability to hit deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organisational skills
