Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock bar supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Provide assistance to other staff members as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks at once
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and policies
- Must be at least 18 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)
- Food safety certification is a plus
