Reablement Support Worker

We are looking for a Reablement Support Worker in the Gillingham/Wincanton areas.
**Contracted hours available**
- **£200 JOINING BONUS**:
- **Qualifies Blue Light Card**
This role involves visiting clients who have been discharged from hospital, assessing their needs and providing support to help them regain their independence. You will work closely within a team, feeding back information to the office, writing assessments whilst working alongside Social Services and other health care professionals. Experience in the care industry in a supervisory position preferred but not essential as training will be given.
We are a friendly family run domiciliary care agency, providing care and support to adults living in their own homes.
