We seek passionate, positive people, delivering excellent customer service with a can-do attitude.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so excellent attention to detail is necessary.

**Role & Responsibilities**

**Reporting to the Counter Supervisor, you will be responsible for**:
Delivering excellent customer service

Taking customer orders in store, by phone & online accurately

Ensuring customer satisfaction, dealing with issues, replenishing stock

Till duties & cash handling

Maintaining hygiene standards

Working as part of a team

**Have you got what it takes?**

**Essential**:
No experience necessary, full training will be given

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

**Desirable**:
Experience of working within a takeaway environment

Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate, or willing to achieve within first 6 months of employment

**This job involves working days, evenings & weekends so a flexible approach to working is necessary.**
