At Masterclass we are working with a generic SEN secondary school that are looking for Teaching assistants to join their bank team. This school pride themselves on providing a happy and safe environment where the children can thrive in their education.

This schools students range from KS3 to sixth form, you could be working in any area of the school that need the additional support also joining in on the school trips out.

Masterclass are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to join our daily supply team, who have the skills to develop into a valued member of staff for the individual needs of the children. You will be working with small groups of students in and out of formal lessons, with support from Teachers and other staff. You will be fully immersed into the life of the school and encouraged to be proactive in your role alongside your colleagues.

**Job role**:

- **To support the children’s development across all areas of their development**:

- **Support and encourage positive behaviour management**:

- **Work with groups of children or individuals (1-1) to support the class teacher in specific lessons.**:

- **Ensure a safe and secure environment enabling children to feel relaxed and happy**:

- **To establish positive relationships with the children and staff within the school**:

- **To be committed to inclusive practice and making sure every child has the chance to be the best they can be**:

- **To be able to provide personal care if needed**

Masterclass Education work exclusively with a large amount of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the area who look for MCE staff to be with them on daily cover, short and long term contracts.
