Then this may well be the opportunity for you. Rosetone Contract Furniture has a warehouse/driver position for a team leader who enjoys diverse work. From loading and unloading vehicles to driving and helping the transport department plus fulfilment and stock keeping, it’s a really varied role.

You will need to be flexible as the start time can vary from day to day depending on workloads and deliveries and will include weekends.

Some of your responsibilities will include
- Supervise Rosetone drivers and pickers.
- Ensure all KPIs are managed and monitored including pick accuracy, pick efficiency, goods in and goods out time scales
- Responsible for Rosetone standards maintaining a clean and tidy working environment and hiring items.
- Loading/Unloading Vehicles
- Checking Stock in and out of the warehouse
- Train and develop all team members on processes and systems.. Key Holder; responsible for site safety and security
- Supporting other departments where required
- Ensure Health and Safety procedures always adhere to and Checklists are completed as directed by the H&S Folder
- Dealing with driver issues onsite
- Problem-solving
- Reporting to the warehouse logistics manager
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained and cleaned regularly and the Vehicle checks are recorded by drivers, including, tyre depths and pressures checked.

Team performance reviews and appraisals

£12.50 Per hour Contracted 40 hours with overtime available
