We’re hiring for an experienced **Hire Desk Controller** to join a manufacturing company based near **Liverpool.** This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a quickly growing business where you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for taking enquiries.

**What’s on offer?**
- £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

**What will you be doing as a Hire Desk Controller?**
- Checking availability of equipment and ensuring that equipment statuses are always up to date on the systems
- Coordinating with the customer service and transport teams to ensure that the correct products are ready, arranging delivery to customer sites
- Managing customer data using a CRM system
- Communicating effectively with other colleagues and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for the depot enquiries
- Dealing with any ad hoc issues that may come your way

**What do you need?**
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a customer service hire desk environment would be beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a busy hire environment beneficial
- Understanding of plant, equipment tools or material industries
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Experience using CRM systems
- Good communication skills both verbal and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
