- Due to continued growth within Finning, the UK and Irelands largest CAT dealership specialising in Caterpillar Equipment and Machinery, we have a vacancy for a Preventative Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a PM Planner your role will be to develop and maintain accurate PM servicing schedules for a given fleet of assets. Liaise with customers to plan and execute events through the PM engineer team. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely servicing to provide outstanding customer experience.
- Major Job Functions:
- Review contract/agreement information to ensure accurate service schedule is set up in contract management tool-
- Regular customer liaison to arrange servicing, orders and schedule service event through Preventative Maintenance engineer team-
- Manage work order to ensure timely invoicing, including managing costs-
- Take ownership of any backlog from services previously performed-
- Review all relevant correspondence to ensure any follow up actions are raised with the customer, service operation, or product support account manager-
- Provide regular updates on Preventative Maintenance adherence actual V target- To be a great fit for this role you will possess:
- Good project management and planning/organisation skills-
- Excellent influencing and networking skills-
- Excellent IT skills including intermediate Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills-
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and information to support planning and decisions-
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities- Education & Experience:
- Service Planning/ Scheduling-
