**Role**
We have an opportunity for a Digital Team Manager to join our team in Stratford. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure all changes and developments within the digital team follow the processes associated with the Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the Development and BAU processes.
- Ensure tasks are being completed within the agreed timescales.
- Challenge non completion of tasks
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout SDLC.
- Ensure all processes and documentation are completed through the SDLC.
- Review documentation produced by the digital team.
- Test software changes.
- Liaise with service desk manager to arrange handovers / notifications of changes.
- Act as an escalation point internally and externally when required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role/ managerial level
- Knowledge of service delivery and Microsoft packages and Teams.
- Excellent communication (written and spoken)
- Ability to identify process improvements and implement them.

**Other Key Information**
- We are happy to consider a job-share (two part-time employees) for this opportunity.
- Working hours (full-time) 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday
- Friday
