**Key Responsibilities of the Client Administrator**:
- Deliver administrative support to the Accounts Team ensuring that all client projects are scheduled and executed to a high standard, within time and budget constraints
- Confident on the telephone, taking advantage of opportunities to cross sell/upsell products and services
- Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders on all their account deliverables
- Ensure all deliverables are in line with client’s requirements within a timely manner
- Ensure all clients documentation are stored correctly
- Create engaging client Newsletters on a monthly basis
- Set up invoices ready for billing purposes
**Key Skills and Attributes of the Client Administrator**:
- Previous client facing experience
- Highly organised and a confident communicator
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effectively meet deadlines and prioritize workload
- A background in marketing and/or communications
- Wordpress/HubSpot experience would be advantageous
- G-Suite experience would be desirable
