**DCS Group** are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable **Senior Line Leader **to join us on a permanent, **full-time** basis working on the **05.45-13.45 Shift **at our **Sales & Distribution division** on site in **Banbury.** In return, you will receive a **competitive salary **plus great benefits.

**As a Senior Line Leader your duties will include**:

- Effectively coordinate your team to achieve operational requirements, meet customer specifications and quality standards in line with Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure company systems are being used to record all transactions and that all equipment is fully functional, continually maintained and clean at all times, reporting any breakdowns immediately
- Audit work area practices and ensure that you and all team members understand and comply with Health & Safety at Work regulations at all times. Reporting all incidents, near misses and defective equipment in a timely manner
- Support the Team Leader in managing a team of employees and temporary workers, including ensuring all new team members are fully inducted
- Provide cover for team members and support other departments as required

**What we are looking for in our ideal Senior Line Leader**:

- You must have previous experience of working in a busy warehouse environment and working knowledge of warehouse management systems
- You will have experience of managing a team
- You must be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- You will be educated to GCSE (A*-C) in English and Maths or equivalent and be computer literate in Microsoft packages i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word
