**Community Support Worker - Multiple positions available for trainee or experienced carers.**

Westminster Homecare, part of the long-standing family run Care at Home Services Group, provides domiciliary care through care branches located across London, Essex, Buckinghamshire and East Anglia. Our Sydenham branch are now seeking Care Assistant's on a full-time or part-time basis to cover the Clapham area, working in the Community providing a range of care to our service users.

You will need to deliver commitment and compassion to both the clients and the role itself, deliver the highest standard of care, allow clients to remain as independent as possible and enjoy working alone and as part of a team. Being adaptable and personable is essential.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assist with all personal care needs - washing/dressing/toileting
- Medication Support
- Meal Preparation
- Light Domestic duties/shopping when required
- Social and Emotional Support - to include Community outings and Companionship calls
- Any additional tasks as needed

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Right to work in the UK - we do not offer sponsorship at this time.
- Excellent level of English and great communication
- Aged 18+.
- Experience in care is not essential.
