**Multi Drop Delivery Driver**

**The Role**:
We are looking for experienced, friendly, reliable and hardworking people to join our growing transport team in Stockport as a 3.5 tonne multi-drop delivery van driver. Previous experience in fresh produce delivery is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

You will be provided with a 3.5 tonne van which is to be used for work purposes only. The van must be kept clean, presentable, & available for inspection at all times. You will be responsible for informing the Company of any defects, mechanical or otherwise. You will be responsible for any speeding fines, bus lane fines, or parking tickets that you receive whilst in possession of the van

**Duties to include**:

- Transportation and delivery of quality produce to caterers
- Manual handling i.e. loading and unloading of goods
- Accepting payments and adhering to strict cash handling procedures
- Monitoring temperatures and quality of produce
- Completing/processing paperwork such as daily manifests and goods return slips
- Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring the van is kept clean, tidy and ready for inspection at any given time
- Assisting with customer queries and resolving any issues, supported by the customer service team
- Supporting the transport managers in day to day activities as required
- Complying with legislative requirements and company policies and procedures

The successful applicant mustn't have more than 3 points on his licence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

From 4am - 11am. Monday to Saturday

**Salary**: From £22,932.00 per year
