**Your new role**
We are looking for a dynamic and results-focused individual to undertake the role of Customer Experience Advisor within our Operations directorate.
You may not currently be a Customer Experience Advisor, but you can be with our help. We offer a high-quality training programme, a great salary, excellent benefits and a route to an exciting and worthwhile career in housing.
The Customer Experience team is the heart of our organisation delivering a first-class service to our customers, not one day is the same. You will be dealing with a wide range of customer queries through our new and exciting customer portal, along with all other channels.
To be successful in this role:
- You are resilient and can adapt the changing Team priorities.
- You are a quick learner and confident with systems and technology.
- You need to bring ideas and the best you to work every day.
- You need experience of delivering an exceptional customer experience for example in a Contact Centre, Sales, Recruitment or Retail environment.
- You need to be available to work a shift pattern between 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.
