About the Role
We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our team; you will be surrounded by other like-minded individuals and with a focus on shared knowledge; this is the perfect place to develop your technical, business and professional abilities. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that support the smooth running of the service desk. This can involve providing technical support for developing and implementing new IT systems. No two days are the same, making this role so exciting. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on various tasks, then this is the role for you.
This job might be perfect for you if:
- You have an Interest and passion for IT and/or technology
- You have amazing communication skills, both internally and in a customer service situation
- You have thirst for knowledge and learning
- You are methodological and organized in your approach to challenges and solutions
- You possess the ability to problem solve within a technical environment.
- You want to develop your skills in DevOps, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Cloud or IT Consultancy.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Active Directory (on Prem and Azure Active Directory) Experience
- Basic Azure / AWS Knowledge
- Basic Networking Experience
- Office 365 administration - including Exchange, SharePoint, and Tenancy administration.
- InTune management/configuration
