The courses combine expert teaching with practical experience to build confidence and professional skills. Supporting more than 1,000 learners each year, Astranti Connect also offers post-qualified and CPD courses to help practising counsellors continue their development.

We are now seeking a new team member to join our counselling division in a dual role that combines creating counselling courses and social media content with providing support to our tutors.

**The Role**

Create and develop course content and social media
- Design counselling course materials, including lesson plans, handouts, workbooks and videos
- Ensure materials are clear, accessible and engaging
- Producing social media videos and posts to support marketing activities
- Gather feedback from tutors and students to enhance course quality
- Review and update content annually to maintain high standards and relevance

Support our tutors
- Provide ongoing support to tutors to ensure courses run smoothly
- Induct new tutors in our systems, course materials and teaching approach
- Assist tutors with any issues that arise during course delivery
- Conduct personal development plan meetings with tutors

Administrative responsibilities
- Allocate courses to tutors
- Produce course timetables
- Liaise with venues to arrange in-person course sessions

**Requirements**:
We are ideally looking for:

- Psychology graduates or those from related disciplines
- Individuals with a strong interest in counselling
- People who enjoy writing and communicating ideas clearly
- Strong communicators who can build positive relationships with colleagues and tutors
- Individuals with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic people who are passionate about helping others develop and succeed

**What we offer**
- Salary package: £28,000 including pension contributions
