**My international client requires a P/T H.R. Administrator to join their busy team.**

My client is experiencing a very high volume of new hires across EMEA and APAC so require an administrator to manage all new hire onboarding plus the usual day jobs.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Contract generation for EMEA and APAC
- Sending out employee Pre
- Monitoring employee Pre
- Screenings
- Creating Employee Profiles on Dayforce (HCM)
- Collecting New Starter documents prior to payroll deadlines
- Filling out Reference Checks for ex-employees
- Conducting Annual Medical Checks for some EU countries

**Hours:

- Working 5 days a week and would consider school hours**

**This assignment would be ongoing (possibly temp to perm)**

The client is ideally looking for someone who has some HR administration experience so familiar with contract generation and HCM systems.

**Location**: Mainly home-based but with some days to work in the London office (willing to travel). The client will provide a laptop, headset, monitor.
