We are looking for a Supply and Demand Planner to join our team in Bracknell. The role offers hybrid working, with 60% office based and 40% home working.

**About the role **

As a Supply and Demand planner, you will be responsible for the inbound and outbound planning process for a category division. Working cross functionally with the entire Supply Chain team, Commercial and Space Planning to actively manage external purchases.Ensuring that stock is booked in to Walker Park on time ready for store allocations to be raised, allowing stores to have the correct stock levels for customers.

**Key Responsibilities **
- Managing the intake plan for the categories and sharing with the Senior Demand Planner
- Weekly meetings with the Senior Demand Planner to understand changes to forecast, category or ranging and providing relevant insight into KPIs and supplier performance
- Ownership of budgets ensuring spend is within the financial parameters agreed
- Pro-actively work with suppliers to minimise planned impacts on future supply
- Allocations raised for all stores/channels within your category
- New lines - working cross functionally to ensure allocations/reservations are available and in line with live dates
- Range Reviews. Working cross functionally to ensure allocations/ reservations are raised and new lines are live in store on time. Also working out optimum replen levels on outgoing lines to ensure a clean cut off
- Investigate and analyse why store orders may have been cut, escalating this within the wider Supply Chain team so that the necessary preventative actions are in place moving forward
