Print Operative

**Job Overview**
We are currently looking to recruit a Print Operative to join our dynamic team.

We are a small but growing Design and Print company with a passion for producing high quality design and print. As part of our growth, we now need a committed print production person to help us to continue to deliver our high standard of product and service as we grow.

**Responsibilities**
- To operate state of the art printing equipment, for which training will be given
- Carry out quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Collaborate and work with team members to meet production deadlines
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge when required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to use or learn industry software to run our print machinery
- Some lifting and packing of jobs will be required
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintain our high standards of quality
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks

Pay: £23,410.00-£26,685.00 per year
