**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Engage with businesses directly, understanding their needs and offering tailored energy solutions.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to team and company goals.
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities and networking.
- Utilise market knowledge and insights to craft effective sales strategies.
- Manage and overcome objections, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and compliant customer records.
- Provide exceptional account management to your client portfolio.
- Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline.

**Position Specifics**:

- No Basic Salary. Proactive earnings through a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure.
- Potential Earnings: Up to £60,000.00 per year or more, dependent on sales success.
