**Senior Marketing Manager**: Reporting to the Managing Director you will be instrumental in supporting this company with their exciting growth plans. This is a great opportunity to make this role your own, develop the long-term marketing strategyfor five brands and recruit /develop and marketing team around you. This role is looking for you to grow as they do with the view to you stepping up to Marketing Director moving forward.

**Responsibilities for Senior Marketing Manager include**:

- Develop 5-year Marketing strategy reporting to the Managing Director/board
- Grow marketing team - recruit and lead
- Brand strategy across 5 brands
- Drive lead generation across the full mix of marketing channels
- Work cross-functionally with sales teams
- Define and manage marketing budget
- Measure KPIs for each channel

**Requirements for the Senior Marketing Manager role**:

- B2B Marketing Manager level - (construction, building materials industry an advantage)
- Experience in Brand strategy and lead-generating marketing.
- Recruiting /managing / developing a team
- A hands-on leader
- Strong Communications skills
- Critical thinker
- Manage and drive change.
