**HR Advisor**

We have an exciting interim opportunity available for **HR Advisor **with **Payroll** experience. This role will be based in **Coventry CV1 **and offers** hybrid working **2days in the office per week.** Temporary assignment for up to 6 months paying between 116-125 per day.**

**Role HR Advisor**

The HR Advisor will work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate processing of monthly payroll, inputting pay data, resolving queries, producing reports etc.

Additional duties - support the HR Manager and the wider HR Team with generalist HR tasks including recruitment, resolving staff queries, HR policy updates etc.

**Skills and Experience HR Advisor**
- Payroll experience, preferably with the iTrent pay system.
- Experience in other HR areas, such as recruitment, policy development, learning and development etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment both independently and as part of a team.
- HR qualification or working towards gaining qualification.
