Our Warehouse Operatives are essential to the day to day running of our manufacturing service. As a member of the team, you’ll sit at the heart of one of our essential operations.

A day in the life of a DoorCo Warehouse Operative will include a range of tasks, including, but not limited to:

- Picking/Packing doors, glass, and cassettes for despatch & internal customers same day or next day delivery.
- Scanning and updating the Stockist Warehouse Management System.
- Quality checking items prior to despatch.
- Receiving in goods and organising the Warehouse
- Managing stock replenishment.
- Monitoring and investigating stock discrepancies.
- Maintaining an organised warehouse.
- Other ad-hoc duties required
- A safety-first mentality and an understanding of health and safety requirements
- Experience and a proven history of following SOP’s
- A desire to improve efficiency
- A ‘can do’ flexible attitude
- Willingness to be assigned to other areas of the facility when required.
- Attention to detail
- Reliability, being able to show an excellent timekeeping and attendance record
- FLT qualifications would be advantageous but not essential
- Numerate, ability to work quickly accurately and pay attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands on commitment to getting the job done.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
