**The Administrator's day to day duties are as follows**:
- Varied office administration tasks including
- Filing
- Data Administration
- Taking sales calls and passing on to the relevant person
- Statement reconciliations
- Answering and redirecting general phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- You will also be required to undertake general office duties as and when required.
**The Successful Administrator must have the following skills/experience**:
- The role will require a positive and can-do attitude.
- Assertive, able to build and maintain relationships with our customers.
- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Outlook experience preferred
- Attention to detail
**What’s on offer for the successful Administrator**:
- Salary between 20-25k - Depending on Experience
- 30-35 hours per week to suit
- 21 Days Holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
- Full Training given
