We are currently recruiting for a mature, motivated, organised part time Receptionist/Administrator with excellent customer service skills and great attention to detail for our St Helens clinic. Full ongoing training provided, with scope for advancement.
**MUST HAVE RECEPTION/CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMINISTRATION EXPERIANCE.**
**Hours**:
**Wednesday 14.30 - 19.00**
**Saturday 12.30 - 17.00**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Management & Leadership**
- Ability to manage and motivate
- Maintain an accurate filing system
- Stock control
- CRM experience
**Customer Service**
- Delivering high standards of front of house customer service
**Key Competencies**
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Comfortable with process and detail
- Must be proficient with an electronic clinic management system
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- Honest, reliable and professional at all times
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Previous managerial experience
- Experience of working within a medical or highly regulated environment
- Ability to work flexibly to suit the hours and needs of the business.
