Our client a well-established, extremely successful and growing family business are looking to recruit a Full Time Permanent Customer Care Advisor to join their team. As part of the customer service team you will be responsible for speaking to existing customers on a regular basis which will allow you to build fantastic relationships over time, you will complete stock checks, take orders and most importantly always aim to retain your customers by providing a fantastic, trustworthy and friendly service..

**The duties are as follows**:
Manage workload to ensure all customers are contacted as per your diary schedule
Ensure that all calls are completed to the highest possible standard in line with our quality monitoring
Handle inbound and outbound telephony queries
Data entry
Meet individual daily targets as set by the business
Work within regulatory and GDPR requirements
Additional duties may be assigned or existing duties may alter

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, a full training induction will take place at their head office for 2 weeks.
