**About us**
**Position Overview**
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Ecommerce Admin to join our team. This role is heavily administrative and central to keeping our online store accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for sales. You’ll play a key role in managing our product catalogue, ensuring that all listings are correctly uploaded, well-presented, and regularly maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately add new products to the website via our in-house admin panel.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, consistent, and complete (titles, descriptions, attributes, specifications, categories).
- Support departments with ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Liaise with marketing, purchasing and suppliers to gather product information, assets, and launch timelines.
- Assist in the optimisation of product and category pages to drive engagement and sales.
- Maintain and update category sort orders based on promotions, stock status, reviews, and performance.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding product-related website queries.
- Handle potential website bug reports related to product inaccuracies.
- Support showroom merchandising and POS suggestions where applicable.
- Contribute ideas for new products, brands, and website improvement.
- Attend trade shows and supplier meetings where required.
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an ecommerce/website admin role (desirable but not essential).
- Confident working with large volumes of product data and digital assets.
- Proficient in using CMS/admin panels (experience with in-house systems an advantage).
- Good communication skills - able to liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders where required.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles (preferred but not essential).
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exhibits a positive and professional demeanour.
- Capable of independent work and driving tasks to completion.
- Team player, adaptable to the dynamic needs of the business.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
