Crystal Care Solutions is a specialist, independent social care organization who operate a number of Residential and Care Leaving units. We are recruiting for a Maintenance Co-Ordinator who will manage the in-house maintenance team in all aspects to ensure the smooth running of the maintenance function within the organization, liaising with the Managing Director on the progress of schedule of work. The role will involve travel to our homes in Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and North Wales.

In addition to carry out skilled DIY & general maintenance work involved in all aspects of Crystal Care Solutions, both internal and external (ensuring external ground are kept clean and tidy). The role includes general DIY and maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing, replacement of tiling and flooring, and painting and decorating. This also includes regular checks and assessments of both private and public areas, liaising with Senior Management Team, Registered Managers, Quality Assurance Manager and care staff, performing jobs as and when they are required.

This is a Full Time 40 hours per week role, generally over 5 full days, to include alternate weekends as rostered.

A company van, mobile phone and basic tools, uniform and PPE is also provided.

**Essential Requirements**:
Full UK Driving Licence

Experience of completing maintenance to deadlines

Experience of co-ordinating between various trades within maintenance/construction environment.

**Desirable**:
Experience of leading/managing a team
