Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Floor Staff. As a Floor Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position requires a strong focus on food safety, hospitality, and time management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before seating guests
- Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables, sweeping, and mopping

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 25 per week
