**Location: Gatwick (but will allow/facilitate employee to work remotely)**

**Tenure: Permanent/Full-Time**

**Employer: Harvest Staff Ltd (“HSL”)**

**Nature of the work**: - We are in a highly specialised area of staff recruitment whereby we source qualified applicants from overseas who want to come and work legally in the UK. We work within the Government guidelines (which change from time to time) at all times to find and place staff in areas of shortage. Notwithstanding this shortage, we still need to actively market our services to potential and existing customers (the employers) and this is the basis of this role.

**Summary**: - The role of Overseas Recruitment Consultant applies to the business of marketing and advertising of our services. You will have some experience in growing business from a single source, SME and corporate companies. You will have a strong desire to become the best and over achieve on targets set. You will have a professional approach to business and be able to understand strategic account management.

**Day to Day Duties**
- Liaising with Overseas Agents
- Lead generation using various tools and methods

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
