**Within mainstream education 1:1 Mentors and Youth Workers are required to work with children and young people “at risk” of exclusion.**

Struggling to deal with their emotions and behaviour, within the mainstream classroom environment, these students are at risk of being left behind and at risk of adverse outcomes in the future.

Forward thinking mainstream schools across Bristol, need 1:1 Mentors to support the social and emotional wellbeing of this vulnerable group.

Positive, relatable and engaging role models, are now needed more than ever to give them the best chance of success.

Lexia are supporting “Alternative Education Provisions” within mainstream schools across Bristol and need your urgent help.

**Free Team Teach positive behaviour management, de-escalation and physical intervention training will be provided for successful applicants.**

**Long Term assignments can pay up to £90 per day (including £0.40 per mile in travel expenses) and the Permanent opportunities can pay up to £28,000 per annum.**
- Being able to inspire and engage through a shared passion for Music, Sport, Gaming, Drama and Dance, is a great way of “engaging” these young people.
- Your ongoing commitment, passion and enthusiasm has never been more needed, to reach this disadvantaged group of young learners.
- Building trust and rapport very quickly is incredibly important and will help in your ongoing success within the role.
