You will be responsible for the management of the yard facility. This includes the general housekeeping of the Yard Facility, and ensuring that the Yard is safe and secure AM and PM.

Main Duties include:

- The organisation of the materials and equipment that is required to be stored in a safe and configured manner, to allow safe access and egress and accessibility of stores for the teams.
- Supplies of materials and equipment is received and distributed by the Yard Foreman, this is to be executed with safe offloading and loading methods in accordance with training provided.
- COSHH supplies and materials are to be stored in a safe and conscious manner with attention to the storage requirements.
- To ensure the safe access and egress of vehicles to the property and promote the reverse parking policy.
- The Yard Foreman must ensure that all stores including PPE, Equipment and Materials are recorded on the official forms to ensure Diona Construction Ltd can fulfil their legal obligations. The Yard Foreman must keep records for stocktaking proposes to ensure continuity with supply.
- Complete all Daily Checklists as required and submit to designate Manager.
- You may be required to work at other Diona Construction Ltd Yards from time to time.
- You must co-operate and support the operational side of the business when required. This may include Driving and collecting and delivering materials equipment or vehicles.
- Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by Diona Construction Ltd Management Team.
