You will be responsible for
**Sending key project communications to all relevant parties**:

- Ensure Design Visit & Pre Start Meeting invitations are sent to all required contractors & internal departments
- Ensure that Project Pipelines are up to date, all amendments are captured & sent out to the wider business
- Produce and send weekly meeting minutes from Property - Franchise catch up

**Order placement & collation of associated quotations**:

- Identify store order requirements from reviewing approved CAD plans
- Ensure the distribution of project enquiries to all suppliers / contractors in line with order requirements highlighted at pre start stage
- Ensure the collation of costs & quotes onto project check sheet ready for Project Manager review
- Produce Capital Approval Forms following Project Manager review of costs in readiness for Head of Store Development approval

**Payment of supplier invoices**:

- Ensure that PO numbers are sent to contractors and suppliers prior to project commencement
- Highlight invoice variances to Project Manager to ensure approval for payment and request credit notes from suppliers where required
- Ensure that all suppliers / contractors are paid within their agreed payment term

**Project Support**
- Assist with queries from on site colleagues and place reactive orders if required.
- Project Financial Cleardowns
- Assist finance & project colleagues to close down project spend

You will need
- Strong organisational skills - ability to adapt to changing circumstances and workload
- Keen eye for detail - ability to analyse and interpret plans for order requirements
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Be able to effectively manage your own time
- Effective communication skills
