Transactions Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions - West End

Our successful client is looking for an experienced, competent, and driven Transactions Manager who has previous proven experience of dealing with M&A transactions.

Reporting directly to the Tax and Strategy Director your varied role will include but not be limited to; analyse investment/divestment proposals and commercial terms; review and negotiation of transaction documents, indemnities, assisting the team in transactionstructuring to optimize deal/tax costs, the preparation and management of the company’s cash flow reports and in negotiating and managing loan facilities with banks; preparation of internal reports and memos for board approval; liaising with advisors and lawyerson transaction advise and documents; support in negotiating and managing loan facilities with banks and related compliances.

There is also a corporate secretarial element to the role which requires the preparation of board agendas and minutes of Board meetings; preparing board resolutions and seek board approvals; filings with Company law house and liaising with advisors and lawyerson various requirements.
