We are looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to join the Datel team.
Location: Warrington office
**Job Details**:
As a Business Admin Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day running of our Warrington office, whilst you work towards a Level 3 Qualification in Business Administration.
- WHAT YOU'LL DO
Other duties will involve maintaining our customer lounge and meeting rooms, being responsible for administering meeting room bookings and lunch orders, distribution of incoming post and preparation of outgoing mail as well as daily running of our office foodbank and tuckshop.
Over time you’ll develop into an all-round administrator supporting the People Success team with administration and general office duties relating to Health & Safety, Wellbeing and wider People Team projects, when required.

You’ll regularly collaborate with the People team and the wider business requiring excellent communication skills, being able to build co-operative working relationships at all levels. Being on the reception desk, you’ll be comfortable greeting visitors and delivering service with a smile.
You’ll be well organised and able to prioritise your own workload on a day-to-day basis in line with business needs, including managing multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail and quality in your work and using your own initiative to solve problems.

Your apprenticeship will take a minimum of 15 months in partnership with our training provider, Ginger Nut, using remote, on-line teaching and learning.
You will receive off the job training for a minimum of 20% of the time you are paid to work, with many activities counting towards the OTJ hours such as:
- Team meetings
- One-2-Ones
- Shadowing a colleague
- Online Learning
- Internal Training
Successful completion of this Apprenticeship will result in a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.

- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 09.00 to 17.30 with one hour for lunch (unpaid), totalling 37.5 hours per week.
Salary £21,225 per annum.
