**Senior Manager, Category - Strategic Programs - 3 day job share**

**What you become part of**:
A unique opportunity to be part of a multi-functional team that will lead the CCEP strategic programs agenda, including the development and implementation of our strategies for government legalisation around the deposit return scheme (DRS) and seeing throughthe final stages of HFSS. Moving forward the role will also lead the thinking on how we better commercialise sustainability which is a critical challenge for CCEP.

Understanding the longer term opportunities and challenges CCEP faces and leveraging the scale of the Coca-Cola system to design and deploy a competitive advantage will be central to the teams agenda. The strategic programs role will work alongside a multitudeof functions including sales, supply chain, strategy & insights, RGM, PAC and finance, as well as brand owners and will be regularly engaging stakeholders both internally and externally to CCEP. Due to the fast paced agendas the team will be working on there’sa requirement to be agile and versatile, using all available resources and data to deliver against the defined objectives.

**What to expect**:

- You will become an expert in the category across all environments and will develop and recommend category strategies and tactics to drive overall category sales, segment and CCEP brand growth post implementation of HFSS, DRS and in unlocking ’commercialisingsustainability’.
- You will work directly with RGM to design a winning pack price & promo strategy based on the insights and recommendations made to drive category growth by environment.
- You will work directly with key customers on presenting recommendations around the CCEP DRS / HFSS category vision including the future of front of store, main aisle and our with food agenda and unlock revenue upside by leveraging our sustainability credentials.
- You will be able to build relationships quickly to influence senior stakeholders either internally or externally towards the project objectives.
- You will have a clear understanding of the Category planning processes and systems needed to identify and implement successful category & brand growth initiatives
- You will understand the commercial implications of decisions ensuring project recommendations are made with the view point of developing a competitive advantage for CCEP
- You will be part of shaping the future strategic programs in CCEP, and will need to ensure a well developed network of stakeholders and a strong FMCG industry knowledge
- You will be required to represent your project at any relevant internal or external meetings

**Skills & Essentials**:
To be successful in this role you need to demonstrate the ability to create, and present a story using data and insight to influence customers and internal stakeholders. You need to have a proven track record in taking insight into action and deliveringtangible results. Strong analytical and communication skills are key.
