We are looking for promising and ambitious Equity Release/ Mortgage Advisers to work from our office in Tower Hill, London. This is a full time role. Depending on the experience we will offer an employed or hybrid (basic+commissions) package which will suit somebody who is willing to explore an opportunity in an extremely varied and technologically advanced mortgage brokerage farm, with excellent scope to progress in the future.

**The duties will be**:

- Liaise directly with product providers, lenders, advisers and solicitors.
- Answering all customer and third party queries.

**Criteria to qualify**:

- CeRER QUALIFIED
- Certified competent in your current company
- Have a consistent track record of achieving your goals within your current role
- Good interpersonal skills,
- Excellent communication skills, confident in talking to people at all levels of seniority
- Experience working in a busy environment, ideally working in a busy mortgage farm.
- Ability to build rapport and have an enthusiastic sales approach
- Motivated working towards KPIs & targets
