Nhs Sous Chef

**Are you a skilled Sous Chef who LOVES working in a busy kitchen serving up your creations? Have you been keen to transfer your skills into a new sector away from hospitality?**
**We are looking to recruit an organised, resilient and hardworking Sous Chef to join the team for an NHS client based in Bury. We are looking for applicants who have worked for 2 years in the catering industry who have experience in preparation of food.**
**Offering immediate start, ongoing temporary assignment, full time hours across Monday to Sunday, no late evenings - 5:30pm finish paying £10.50p/h**
**What will you be doing as an NHS Sous Chef?**:

- Working across 3 kitchens using your amazing food preparation skills to put together a variety of hot and cold options for the residents
- Keeping a close eye on stock rotation to ensure you have all you need for your dishes
- Enjoy putting your high standards of cleanliness into play by keeping a clean and tidy kitchen
**What skills will you need as a NHS Sou Chef?**:

- You have at least 2 years experience working in food preparation
- Enjoy ensuring your knowledge on COSHH, food safety and health and safety procedures are in practice
- Have a resilient and ambitious personality and love working within a team
- Worked in school canteens, catering, hospitality chef, cold food preparation or sou chef roles
