We have experienced significant growth over the last few years, our Marketing Department is responsible for the marketing of multiple brands from our own brands including Cotswold and Amblers Safety to our exclusive brands such as Hush Puppies, CAT Industrial, we also work alongside many other brands including Skechers, Dunlop, Hunter, Crocs, Base London, and Sperry

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and forward-thinking Head of Brand Marketing to

run all aspects of brand marketing within the Gardiners and Footsure businesses from owned and high priority brand ownership to multi-brand site marketing management across all channels. This newly created role is pivotal in the expansion of the marketing function at Gardiners and Footsure and the successful applicant will not only be instrumental in shaping the brand marketing team, but also the broader marketing function and direction of the business for the future.

**What are we looking for in the Head of Brand Marketing?**

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Head of Brand Marketing, ideally who has experience in a similar role, or significant Senior Management experience across Digital Marketing and ideally multiple brands or companies.

This is an expansive, high-profile role that will require a decisive, organised and creative strategist. You will be required to operate within a fast-paced and complex environment across multiple channels with a broad range of stakeholders, so keeping calm and composed under pressure is paramount.

**As well as this we are looking for**:

- Experience managing a fast paced, multi-channel marketing department and team.
- Working knowledge of the UK consumer market.
- In-depth knowledge of brand marketing in a digital context as well as a working knowledge of digital marketing.
- Experience in Wholesale, Retail, Apparel, or footwear industry or similar would be desirable

Due to the dynamics of this role, we are looking for someone who would be happy to come into the office at least twice a week.

***As part of the role, you will work with the Marketing Director to develop the brand marketing team, within the lifestyle and workwear sectors along with multi-brand retail site specialists. Further to this, you will be responsible for the appointment and management of specialist agencies from PR to social, media to creative.
