**Job Title**: Paediatric Nurse Manager - Complex Care

**Job Location: Northolt, Northwest** London, (we will consider any area in West and North London)

**Type of Job**:Full-time, Permanent. 40 hrs

**Salary**:Up To £45000 plus car allowance £3000

**First Option Healthcare**is recruiting for a Paediatric Nurse (RCN) to become a Complex Care **Paediatric Nurse Clinical Lead** to lead, manage and develop Paediatric Care Packages across North West London

**Package & salary for Paediatric Nurse Clinical Lead**:

- £43000 to £45000 +/- depending upon experience

**Essential skills required for thisPaediatric Nurse Clinical Lead**
- Confident, with the ability to communicate and present at all levels
- TU, HDU, PICU, NICU, Complex Care experienced ideal
- Vents and Tracheostomy experience essential
- Strong organisational skills, including risk management
- Computer literate, able to prioritise and deliver results

**Responsibilities for thisPaediatric Nurse Clinical Lead roleinclude**:

- Maintaining high standards of service delivery, in accordance with CQC, NMC and other professional standards
- To play a role in the continuous development of the company
- To provide a professional service to the company
- To provide expertise on all paediatric clinical issues
- Ensure the accuracy of all clinical records and data completed within our paediatric care packages'
- Clinical advice and guidance for clients, families, and care assistants
- Ensuring that clients, families and carers remain central to services
- Ensuring a high-level customer/client satisfaction through excellent communication, trouble-shooting difficulties, proactively managing expectations and creating solutions for clients

**Qualifications required for thisPaediatric Nurse Clinical Lead**:

- Registered Sick Children Nurse, General Nurse Practitioner - Paediatric Branch/ RSCN / RCN
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years post registration nursing experience
- Management experience/qualification ideal
- Current NMC reg
