**Senior Clinical Pharmacist**
Service Care Solutions is hiring for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to deliver in conjunction with the Lead Clinical Pharmacist and Head of Pharmacy for Secure Hospitals in Lincoln and surrounding areas.
**Daily Duties**:
You will be contributing to and provide multidisciplinary training in pharmacy/medicines management matters across the Trust. Duties would include:

- To ensure service/departmental standards are met and undertake assessments and evaluations as required.
- To provide a safe, clinically effective, and cost-effective use of medicines in patients within relevant services.
- Provide Specialist advice and expertise regarding treatment to clinical staff and patients on medicines management issues.
- Say to day supervision and training for pharmacy staff as required.

**Shift times**:
Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm
**Pay Rate**:
£28 per hour
**Person Specification**:
MSc in Pharmacy
Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council
Diploma or MSc in Clinical Pharmacy
Clinical pharmacy knowledge associated with a degree course
Experience gained through vocational practice
Awareness of NHS changes and understanding of pharmacy issues within the NHS and mental
health in particular
Organisational/time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as a team player
Creative and innovative thinker
Adaptable and flexible
Work well under pressure and prioritise effectively
Self-motivated and conscientious
IT Literate
